I. Recognition and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to [The Witch’s Herb Garden] (hereinafter referred to as "the Store"). By registering as a member or using the services provided by this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions set forth herein. The Store reserves the right to modify or change the content of these terms at any time. It is recommended that you review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the service after any modifications shall constitute your acceptance of such changes. If you are under the age of eighteen, you must obtain the consent of a legal guardian before using this service.

II. Member Account, Password, and Security

1. Members shall maintain the confidentiality and security of their account and password and shall not transfer or lend them to others.

2. Members are obligated to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of their registration data (including name, phone number, precise shipping address, and postal code). Any losses, customs detention, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect information shall be the sole responsibility of the member.

III. Transaction Behavior and Order Regulations

1. Order Acceptance: The completion of an order and payment constitutes a purchase offer. The Store reserves the right of final acceptance (e.g., in cases of stock shortages, pricing errors, customs restrictions, or system anomalies).

2. Inventory Fluctuations: Our natural herbs and mineral jewelry are unique and limited in quantity. Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Payment Methods: We accept Credit Cards (International cards supported), ATM Transfer, Line Pay, and PayPal (recommended for international orders).

IV. Shipping and Risk Assumption (International Terms Included)

1. Shipping Regions: Currently serving Taiwan (Mainland and Offshore Islands) and selected international regions: Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Australia, USA, Canada, UK, France, and Germany.

2. Logistics and Restrictions:

   • Taiwan: Home Delivery and Convenience Store Pickup.

   • International: International Home Delivery and 7-11 International Pickup (selected regions).

   • 【Weight Limits】: Malaysia 7-11 Pickup is strictly limited to 1kg. HK, MO, and SG 7-11 Pickup is limited to 5kg. Orders exceeding these limits must select Home Delivery.

3. Cold Chain Restrictions: Frozen/Refrigerated meal kits are strictly limited to Taiwan Mainland only. International shipping is not available for cold chain products.

4. Assumption of Risk: The Store shall not be held liable for quality degradation or package damage caused by incomplete shipping information, failed delivery attempts, unclaimed packages, or customs inspections.

V. Special Regulations for International Orders (Required Reading)

1. Customs Duties and Taxes: When an international package arrives at the destination country, any "Import Duties," "Value-Added Tax (VAT/GST)," or "Formal Customs Clearance Fees" determined by local customs authorities must be borne solely by the recipient (Buyer).

2. Regulatory Compliance: Members are responsible for confirming the import regulations of the destination country regarding botanical products (herbal teas), skincare, and minerals. If a package is seized or destroyed due to local restrictions or the buyer's failure to cooperate with customs, no refund will be issued.

3. Address Changes: No changes to the shipping address will be accepted once an international order has been dispatched.

VI. Return and Exchange Policy

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and relevant guidelines, the following rules apply:

1. 【International Orders Special Agreement】: Due to the complexity of international logistics and high costs, all international orders are final. No returns or exchanges are provided for international sales.

2. Food Products (Herbal Teas, Meal Kits): These items are perishable with a short shelf life and are not subject to the 7-day appreciation period. Returns are only accepted for major defects or incorrect items.

3. Skincare Products: Categorized as personal hygiene products. Once opened (including removal of plastic wrap or breakage of seal stickers), they are ineligible for return.

4. Jewelry and Minerals:

   • Natural Features Disclaimer: Natural cracks, inclusions, color zoning, or minor mineral pits are unique natural imprints and are not considered defects.

   • Integrity Protection: To ensure the purity of gemstone energy and avoid disputes, returns are not accepted for personal preferences (e.g., color variation, pattern differences) or sizing issues once sold.

VII. Product Maintenance and Repair

1. Silver Oxidation: Metal components made of 925 Sterling Silver will naturally oxidize (darken) when exposed to air or sweat. This is not a quality defect.

2. Maintenance Service: We offer free basic maintenance and elastic cord replacement within six months of purchase (By appointment only).

3. 【International Repair Policy】: For international members requesting repair or maintenance, all round-trip international shipping costs, taxes, and customs fees must be borne by the member.

VIII. Intellectual Property and Disclaimer

1. Copyright: All content on this website, including text, photography, logos, and educational materials, is the property of the Store. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

2. Efficacy Disclaimer: Botanical information provided on this website is for educational reference only and does not constitute medical advice. Please perform a skin patch test before using skincare products.

IX. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taiwan Kaohsiung District Court in the first instance.
